Who should attend?
This class will be tailored to the technicians who are just getting into the chiller side of the business, or those who have a few years of experience under their belts.
What will they learn?
This four-day class will be taught by existing chiller technicians who are proficient in all makes and models. Your attendees will get the benefit of learning from manufacturer-independent folks with years of experience working on this equipment. They'll also share best practices with other like-minded technicians around the country, and build a support network of fellow chiller technicians.
What else is unique about this training?
This class will include a hands-on portion, as well as soft skills training, a winning combination!

"It is so gratifying to sit at a table with people that are larger, better, or smaller. People that you can open up to, learn from, and in some cases help with issues. The Unified Group has provided an excellent forum and camaraderie that is set to help you succeed."
"The Unified Group is unique to any other membership we belong to in the way that we are able to openly share the "nuts and bolts" of the challenges we face on a daily basis with other members who are in the same business, but are not our direct competitiors. There is a good chance that another member of the group has faced the same issues we are working through and can offer advice and/or a solution that has worked for them."
"The communication and interaction of The Unified Group members is unlike anything that i or my service people have ever experienced with other groups. The willingness to share best practices, past failures, and even customers is unbelievable! The success of the group is because we look for only those contractors that want to participate in the many opportunities provided by The Unified Group."
