Big thanks to Randy Chase (Nashville Machine), Gary Roberts (Shoffner Mechanical), Greg Wierzba (Tweet Garot Mechanical), Roger Veins (W.L. Gary), and Tony Condon (Yale Mechanical) for helping to plan and create the agenda for our upcoming Construction Operations and Safety Forum in Green Bay, WI.

The group will hear speaker Norb Slowikowski talk about the 9 Critical Factors for Maximizing Profit and will be having large discussion and breakout sessions on such as; What drives your EMR, tool and equipment tracking, prefab and fab shop management, behavioral and consequence based safety program, and the connection between operations and safety.

One of the highlights is sure to be the tour of Tweet Garot Mechanical.  We will hear about their safety strategy that has lead to the historic safety milestone reached in May of 2011; 6 million safe hours without a lost-time incident.  We will see their prefab shop to learn about their process and see some projects they are working on and then we will head to their main location and see their BIM/CAD department and their tool crib to learn about their amazing processes for safety and tool tracking.
