A big thanks to John Canavan (Cox Engineering), Heath Allard (Climate Engineers), Rich Bodwell (ISS), Ryan Jorgensen (Mechanical Service & Systems), Steve DeStefano (Pacific Rim Mechanical), and Kevin Almon (Vital Mechanical Service) for helping to plan and create the agenda for our 2014 Annual Meeting.
The session kicked off with Dennis Snow speaking about Delivering World Class Service. The group had Strategic Plan Workshop breakouts and also broke out by Service and Construction to discuss what they were doing different to generate new business.
Shane and Melissa Dick from Atlas Consulting gave a presentation about the group's Financial Benchmark and how to utilize the numbers and measure your company. Other general session topics included: Healthcare, the Best Idea Implemented this past year, an update from our first Emerging Leaders Forum, and Leadership & Culture Development.
